GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) define the terms and conditions of sale for the services provided by Prestige Wedding Atelier, founded by Josépha Ippolito (hereinafter "the Service Provider") for the organization and coordination of weddings in the South of France.
The signature of any contract implies the Client's full acceptance of these GTC, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
2. PACKAGES AND SERVICES
The Service Provider offers several service packages, tailored to the level of support desired by the couple.
The packages available are:
- The Essential
- The Elegant
- The Majestic
- The Royal
The specific details of each package are outlined in separate description sheet provided with the quote or contract.
3. CONTACT & BOOKING
Following an initial, free consultation, with no-obligation meeting (either in person or via video) is offered to understand the couple's vision and ensure the service is a good match.
The booking will be confirmed only once the following conditions are met:
- Written acceptance of the quote
- Signature of the service contract
- Payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are as follows:
- 30% upon booking (non-refundable deposit)
- The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before the wedding date
Payment can be made by bank transfer (details in the contract) or in cash.
In case of late payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend the assignment, without prejudice to any amounts already due.
5. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Any change request (date, location, package, options, etc...) must be submitted in writing and approved by the Service Provider.
In case of cancellation by the Client:
- More than 90 days before the event: only the deposit is retained
- Between 90 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the total amount is due
- Less than 30 days before the event: the full amount is due
6. CANCELLATION BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER
In the event of force majeure (accident, serious illness, death, natural disaster, etc.), the Service Provider undertakes to:
- Inform the Client as soon as possible
- Propose, if possible, a trusted replacement
- Reimburse the amounts already paid on a pro-rata basis for the services not performed
7. CLIENT/SERVICE PROVIDER COLLABORATION
The proper execution of the service depends on open and honest communication between the parties.
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all required information in a timely manner
- Remain responsive during exchanges
- Validate the key stages necessary for the smooth progress of the project
8. TRAVEL AND RELATED EXPENSES
Any travel, accommodation or meal expenses incurred by the Service Provider to perform the service are the Client's responsibility.
These costs will be:
- Either included in the initial quote,
- Or listed separately in a supplementary invoice with supporting documentation.
9. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
The Service Provider is covered by professional liability insurance.
It cannot be held responsible for:
- Errors or omissions by external vendors
- Loss, theft, or damage occurring during the event
- Cancellation or disruption due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
10. IMAGE RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service Provider may use certain images of the wedding (decor, ambiance, technical details) for communication purposes (website, portfolio, social media), unless otherwise stated.
The faces of the couple, guests, or children will never be published without prior written consent.
All materials created during the service (schedule, documents, tools, visuals) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Service Provider guarantees the confidentiality of all personal, financial, or family information provided by the Client.
No data will be shared to third parties without express written consent.
12. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution.
Failing this, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the Service Provider's registered office.
